In the evening a tornado hit villages in the Osiek area of southern Poland, among them Ossala and Trzcianka. Trees were snapped or uprooted and about fourteen roofs were torn off. One house was damaged so badly that nobody could live in it any more. Nobody was hurt, and storm chasers later found the funnel's track in a grain field.
