Oxbow tornado

A powerful tornado crossed the prairie near the town of Oxbow in south-eastern Saskatchewan, Canada. It badly damaged a farmhouse and flattened barns and grain bins, and storm chasers filmed it from the highway.

It was rated EF3, the strongest tornado in Saskatchewan since 2010.

Canada gets around 60 to 100 tornadoes a year, most of them on the prairies.
