A severe storm hit the north of Misiones province in Argentina. A probable tornado crossed a strip of farmland about 300 metres wide near San Pedro. One man died when his house collapsed, and as many as 22 homes were damaged. The same storm brought hail, flooding and power cuts to nearby towns.
